1. Marketing Compliance Policy GDPR/CCPA

Scope

Governs all digital marketing activities including email, SMS, CRM systems, and data collection across NMS Group and subsidiaries.

Core Requirements

Legal Alignment: Complies with GDPR Article 6 (Lawfulness) & 7 (Consent), and CCPA's right to opt-out of data sales (even though we don't sell data).

2. Data Handling Protocol INTERNAL

Our Data Lifecycle Rules

COLLECT Only what's necessary for the specified purpose (no "nice to have" data hoarding)
STORE In password-protected drives or approved CRMs only - no local spreadsheets
SHARE Internally via NDA-secured tools (Slack Enterprise, encrypted email)
DELETE Fulfill deletion requests within 30 days across all systems
AUDIT Quarterly reviews to purge data older than 24 months unless legally required

Breach Protocol: Immediately report any suspected data incidents to security@nineteenmarketingservices.com - no exceptions.
